How Sharivari Scorer works.

From assigning a player at the table to a clean PDF for the club notice board - the whole flow in five steps.

01 — How it works

How it works

1. Set up a table
Admin creates a room from the dashboard: name it, pick the game (8-Ball, 9-Ball, 10-Ball, 14.1), set the race-to, optionally lock with a per-table password. Done in 30 seconds.
2. Assign players
Pick two players from the picker or type in fresh names. Pick the race-to. The room flips from free to pending; an in-house tablet running the APK or the OBS overlay both pick it up immediately.
3. Score live
Scorer hits Pot / Foul / Safety on the pad UI - frames update instantly across all surfaces. 14.1 has its own continuous-score pad with re-racks and the third-foul −16 button.
4. End the match
When race-to is reached, the Match Complete view shows winner + clean scoreboard. Operator can restart, change players, or free the table for the next match.
5. Archive + export
Every completed match lands in History. Export individual matches or a full session as PDF (for the club notice board) or CSV (for your own analysis).

03 — Tournament module

Organise tournaments. Register players.

From creating a tournament to a paid start list — all in one system. Public pages for clubs and tournaments included.

Create & publish tournaments

9-Ball, 8-Ball, 14.1 — with format (double KO, Swiss system, group stage), date, venue, prize pool and rules text. Draft → Registration open → Running.

Manage registrations

Update payment status with one click. Bulk email to all players, paid only, or unpaid only — straight from the admin view.

Public club page

Every club gets its own URL (/verein/[slug]) with logo, description, address and upcoming tournaments — no login required.

Player profiles & tournament history

Players create their own profile, register for tournaments, and view their history. Club admins can also create a player profile.
